| This construction project which won the prestigious “National Construction Excellence Award - 2010" is a 5 storied building (with a basement) of 2,630 sqm floor area. It is located in the middle of Matara town facing the Colombo-Matara highway. The building comprised of a reinforced concrete frame with infill brick masonry walls. |

| The construction contract was awarded to us by the Employer, People’s Bank on June 08, 2008. This contract was started in June 2008 and successfully completed in July 2009 to the full satisfaction of the Employer. The “Engineer” of the Contract, Ms Surath Wickremasinghe Associates was very cooperative and helpful to us in successful execution and completion of the project. |

| The building included very high quality floor finishes with granite & ceramic tiles. There were two special features of the building , namely a helical stair case and a huge lotus flower design in the ground floor, which required innovative work techniques and superior workmanship. We could achieve these requirements at the highest level, thanks to our construction team. |
