| Construction of this building of 2992 m2 floor area had to be done within a time period of 14 months. |

| The contract for the Project was awarded in August 2009 and we started works in September 2009. |
|
| The original construction period was 12 months starting from September 9, 2009 and ending on September 9, 2010. However due to variations which were beyond our control, the time for completion was extended up to 08th November 2010. |
|
| The building consisted of a two storied reinforced concrete structure on column bases and rubble foundation. It required very high level of quality and finishes. Which we could satisfy to the highest level, thanks to our construction team who was fully dedicated in its discharge of duties. |
