| This five storied building of the Advanced Technological Institute at Kaluwella, Labuduwa was constructed to the highest quality within expected cost and to the scheduled time period. The project was funded by the Government of Kuwait. |

| The contract for this project was awarded to us on December 20, 2006. But due to change of site location and the resultant design changes, site was given to us only in June 2008 after 18 months delay. Accordingly we started construction works of the project on June 19, 2008 and successfully completed on November 30, 2009. |

| The scope of the project consisted of construction of a 5 storied lecture hall building and external works for ATI at Labuduwa. The total floor area of the buildings was 1,800 sq.m. |
